Kaitlin Elliott holds a Bachelor of Education degree and currently operates as the Training Superintendent for Redpath Canada Limited. Her career with the company has evolved significantly over the past 12 years. During this time, she has also obtained her Mining Engineering Technician Diploma through Northern College. 

She has been responsible for the development and implementation of several internal leadership and skills training programs. Her professional experience includes delivery of leadership programming in four different countries in a multitude of languages. Kaitlin is responsible for assisting in the compliance to provincial and company training requirements.  Her passion lies in effective communication and new supervisor development.
