With the support of the Mining Legislative Review Committee and the Ministry, WSN planned and facilitated a root cause analysis of the risk of battery electric vehicle fires. The attached poster shows the root causes of the battery electric vehicle fires, which were decided by workers, supervisors, and employers in the Ontario mining industry.
