Static and Dynamic Behaviour of the VersaBolt

The VersaBolt is designed for both static and dynamic support. It is important to understand the influence that the grout, resin encapsulation or the annulus round the bolt has on the overall performance. Based on this knowledge the static behaviour can be modified by varying the anchor design to suite the conditions. The dynamic stiffness can also be modified in the same way. Dynamic stiffness can potentially have an impact on bolt spacing and surface support choices.
