The Occupational Cancer Research Centre (OCRC) is undertaking research to better understand mining exposures, including crystalline silica, radon, and diesel engine exhaust, and their relationship to cancer, chronic respiratory disease and neurological diseases. This presentation will summarize recent results from Ontario mining studies, as well as provide an update on ongoing projects.
