Best Practices for Assessing Ground Control Hazards in the Workplace

This illustrated guideline was developed for the awareness training of miners for assessing ground control hazards in the workplace and preventing injuries related to fall of ground or other geotechnical risk. This booklet will help underground mine workers recognize the clues that a hazard could be developing by becoming trained observers of the conditions around them as they work.
