This train-the-trainer course is designed to introduce those who want to train others within their workplaces to the fundamentals of mental health, including a series of topics addressing mental health stigma; support and meaningful conversations; and maintaining a respectful workplace. Further information on effective facilitation skills is included. Successful completion of this program will include the facilitation of the Mental Health 101 course to demonstrate facilitation abilities and demonstrate knowledge transfer to learners.

Leadership and those who Lead
- Those with a genuine passion for mental health and psychological safety in the workplace
- Individuals with training experience and who are comfortable speaking in groups about the topics of mental health, mental illness and mental harm (See the application documents for additional details)
