Advisory Committees

WSN volunteer Advisory Committees provide sector-specific expertise to the association. The committees help WSN achieve its mission, which is to enable its members’ workplaces to be the healthiest and safest in the world. These volunteer committees are advisory only and have no administrative authority.

WSN has two Advisory Committees, one representing the combined forestry, pulp and paper and converting sectors, and one representing the mining sector. Volunteers on these committees are individuals who have demonstrated leadership in health and safety at an operational level and who are committed to improving the health and safety of workers.
